Math: This Wednesday we will have our test on Percentages.
Starting on Thursday, we will cover area of triangles! Exciting stuff!

Science: We will finish up force and motion this week and have a
small quiz on Tuesday. On Thursday, we will begin our review of all of 5th
grade science before our Science STAAR test, which is May 10th. We will
review properties of matter and forms of energy! Students have excellent notes
in their science journals and they have their science textbooks, as well.

Social Studies: This week we are covering social, economic, and political
issues that occurred in the beginning of the 20th century, including Women's
rights, the Suffrage movement, and labor laws.
