Problem Solving Quiz on Friday

Reading:  Continue final book clubs
-Spelling Test on Friday
Quizlet will be a combination of both these quizlets.

Science: This week we will begin our review for the SCIENCE STAAR. The students will be receiving feedback cards that reflect what objectives they need to work on. Additionally, they may bring home their science journals or science fusion textbooks to review. Studyjams, crashcoursekids (youtube), and brainpop all have wonderful videos that your child can access and watch at home.

Social Studies:  Reconstruction quiz has been postponed to Tuesday. After that, we are focusing on the construction of the Transcontinental Railroad and how that impacted the U.S economically and in other ways.

Exhibition:
We are wrapping up revisions & edits to research papers and will begin working on presentation supports. Each group will need a trifold board (and any extra supplies you may want to create an eye-catching board)(preferably by Monday, 4/22), these can be purchased at Office Depot, Staples, Target, etc. I suggest that if one group member makes the purchase, other group members chip in $1-2 to cover the cost.
è We are still working on trifolds and as soon as they are done, we will begin their art projects!
