*May 2nd, 3rd, and 4th we have our Portfolio Picnic. Come eat lunch with your child and look over all of the amazing work they have done this year and years past! Our class time is from 11:25-12:25. Please let me know which day you plan on attending so I can make sure your child's portfolio is ready.
Math: This Tuesday we will have our test on Percentages. Starting on Wednesday, we will cover area of triangles! Exciting stuff! Here is a video to watch on how to calculate area of a triangle: Area of a Triangle (skip ahead to 4:53)
Reading: The students will finish reading their book club book and have their reports due April 20th. They will start their projects this week which are due April 28th. We do have spelling and vocabulary this week. Here is the vocabulary link: https://quizlet.com/_27j7zq
Science: This week we will continue our unit on Force and Motion. Students will conduct experiments on those concepts!
Social Studies: This week we are going to cover the basics of WWI and the Roaring 20's! #flappers
