Jan. 20-23

We have benchmark testing this week. These are full length, four hour practice STAAR tests. We will take math on Wednesday, reading on Thursday, and science on Friday. Students have been well-prepared and have practiced their testing strategies. I have so much confidence in them! Please do your part by getting them to school on time and with breakfast in their tummies.

Important Dates
-Monday, January 19: MLK Day, No School
-Wednesday-Friday, January 21-23: Benchmark Testing (practice STAAR tests for Math, Reading, and Science)
-Wednesday, January 28: 12:30 Early Dismissal Day
-April 14-16: 5th grade goes to HISD camp! Hooray! (Many more details to follow in the spring)
