Thursday, May 12^th - 3:30 - 5:30

Cast, Dancers, and Crew

Friday, May 13^th -  NO REHEARSAL

Saturday, May 14th - 9:00 - 12:00 noon

 All participating 5th grade students (cast, crew, dancers and chorus).  Rehearsal location is Roberts and students should be dropped off and picked up in the circle drive.

Monday, May 16th , Tuesday, May 17 and Wednesday, May 18^th

All participating students (cast, crew, dancers and chorus) will be bussed to Pershing.  Students will rehearse at Pershing beginning at 3:15 and return to Roberts Circle Drive at 5:15 for parent pick up.

Thursday, May 19th – Performance Day

All participating 5th grade students (cast, crew, dancers and chorus) will be bussed to Pershing at 3:15, remain at Pershing until after the performance.

***Please turn in the permission slip for transportation to Pershing for the after school rehearsals next week if you have not already done so.

The performance is at 6:30 PM on Thursday, May 19th.  All seats are free; there are no tickets or reserved seating.  The auditorium will open at 6:00 pm.  Due to limited space, this event is reserved for 5^th grade parents.
