*Early Release on Tuesday, the
22nd. The students will be dismissed at 12:30 pm.
Roberts Parents:
In anticipation of our early dismissal
scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, I wanted to give you some
guidance on the dismissal process for this altered schedule day. Lunch will be served
on an altered schedule. Student check-out for early leave will end at 11:30am.
Parent Pick-Up: All students will be released from classrooms. Parents will
go to the classrooms beginning at 12:15pm to pick-up
students. Please enter from the door by the dismissal area.
Once you have picked up your child(ren), we ask that you exit the
building quickly so that we can begin moving carpool and bus riders to the
designated areas.
Independent Walkers: No change in procedure. We will begin releasing
students at 12:30pm.
Carpool: No change in procedure. We will begin calling students
for carpool promptly at 12:30pm.
Buses: No change in procedure. We will begin releasing bus
students at 12:30pm.
If you are designating someone other
than the person who regularly picks up your child for pick-up on this day,
please email the teacher (no later than Monday). Also, make
sure the person picking up the student knows the teacher name and/or the grade
level. We want to make sure that pick is easy and quick!
